More and more cyclists are using video cameras like GoPro to record their rides. But what many of them are capturing are the drivers who curse at them, side-swipe them, and send them flying to the pavement.
GoPro, who makes video cameras that can be affixed to your bicycle or head, and controlled while riding, have become the default answer to who is at fault in a crash, reported the NY Times.
It could prove to be the undoing of so many drivers who walk away from a crash scene declaring that the cyclist–who is lying dead on the ground, and cannot speak for themself–was at fault.
