The latest: $ 1 million dollars asking price for the purchase of a parking space.
“It’s for someone who wants complete privacy,” said Dolly Lenz, vice chairman of Prudential Douglas Elliman, according to TRD.
“You can drive in and not be seen again. It’s for the type of person who finds that attractive. It could be a celebrity or a business person who is camera shy.”
The city’s Department of Transportation had better get busy finishing all those bike lanes they have promised.
